Tsai’s Golden Ale
The first brewery in Taiwan was established in 1951 by the Takasago Brewery Co., Ltd. in the Japanese era. After Japan withdrew from Taiwan, the government maintained the beer monopoly system until 2002. At the beginning of the National Government only Taiwan beer is available in the market, until the opening of American and European beer imports in 1987, and later the opening of Japanese beer imports in 1995. As for the monopoly situation in which only Taiwan beer can brew beer in Taiwan, it was only after Taiwan joined the WTO in 2002 and officially abolished the monopoly system. At this time, Taiwan's craft beer has a chance to develop. And we opened the craft brewing brewery in Central Taiwan in May 2017. In just half a year, we won the "Taiwan Brewery of the Year 2018" in the Berlin International Beer Competition, we specializes in brewing all kinds of beer styles, OEM project and recipe development.
